SHIPPING POLICY
From the moment you confirm your order, your product will be posted within 3 working days.
These days must be added to the estimated delivery time when choosing the shipping method. For example, if you chose the Standard Shipping option with up to 12 working days, in the end consider that delivery can take up to 15 working days, plus the 3 days postage period.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
How do I exchange or return the purchased product?
We only accept exchanges and returns in case of product failure, for any reason other than misuse or handling by the customer. For example, if your product arrived damaged during transportation, we can exchange and return it without any problems.

After receiving instructions with the procedures, simply go to a Post Office to send the merchandise back to be exchanged or returned.
How should I return the product?
The pieces must be returned and packaged in the most similar way to how they were originally accommodated. It is important that the piece is protected with cardboard or placed in a box. You can place the product in a cardboard sandwich, join the parts with tape, place the piece securely and wrap everything with craft paper outside the box or structures.
What is the deadline for exchange or return?
If you don't like it or aren't convinced, you will have a period of 7 days after delivery of the product to exchange or return the merchandise. This right is provided for in Law 8,078, known as the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

After returning the product, when can I reuse the credit?
As soon as we receive the part back, it will undergo an evaluation, and the customer will receive a credit via email for the amount paid for the returned parts, or if a refund has been requested, this will be done in the best possible time to their bank account or credit card.
